I think that I miss having C-SPAN, and I think that somebody better go to muthafuckin' jail over this. That said, it won't happen and everyone will forget about it in like a week when the new episode of Desperate Housewives comes on.

i was expecting this "implied powers" thing after the Alito hearings....They wanted Alito's take on it since they knew it was going to come up in relation to this.
