I too have found it to be dullsville. I just haven't said anything because I have no good defense.

My news:

I got the B&S deluxe edition of the new cd for $10 Canadian today.

I picked up the current issue of Under The Radar and am thorougly impressed.

I sent out the valentines to the American ladies today.

I have to hand out resumes next week.

It's almost my birthday.

My friend's cat died. :(

I actually cannot remember which one you got, only that it was one of the better ones. So you'll have to remind me when you get it.

Cotton has a pet stuffed monkey thingy. It is, in point of fact, NOT a sock monkey. It seems to be kinda neat-looking, for a stuffed animal, and he seems to care about more than is perhaps normal. That's about the limit of what I know. Oh and it drinks.

I have had my favorite stuffed animal since I was a toddler. I played with him so much that he would constantly have holes ripped in different parts of his body. One hole I remember particularly well, because we sewed it up so much, was the hole in his heart.
I would play with him, and take the stuffing out of the hole in his heart, and feed it to him like it was mashed potatoes.

I spent $6.23 on stamps. Of course I put a return address. These aren't getting lost in the mail.

I could give a shit about the monkey thing, those monkeys are family. They just get me into a lot of trouble. It's the cotton slacks, cotton socks cotton pants thing. I've reached an age where I've heard every possible variation on my name, and they all just pretty much make me shudder.

hunh. sorry. I honestly didn't know that "cotton" was taken from real life, and thus would be overly-tread ground.

consider it done.

I'm sorry, Cotton. You probably get picked on by black people a lot too, I bet.

For what it's worth, C, I apologize. Nothing sucks like finding out you've annoyed someone you like. Not like it was ruining your life or anything, but still. Egg on my face.

How could you not know that? It annoyed ME, and I hate cotton ;)
