I keep hearing decent things about them, actually. I mean, if you're low-balling, then it's pretty much that or a mexi-strat with rails in it (which can be made to have balls, so don't let it fool you). Either way, get a good solid platform, and then drop in a decent set of pickups. I can help if needed.
