When I took a speech class in college, we had to pick topics on "controversial" issues. The teacher was going around asking everyone what they were going to talk about. He got to this hippie from New Jersey. She says she's going to talk about litter. Teacher says "I'm not sure if that's really a controversial topic." Hippie said "It is in New Jersey".

Secondly, what's to keep me from walking to my local copy shop, printing up 1000 copies of a show at a competing venue and scatter them all along the streets. Would the department really waste detective resources to sort that shit out?
