Karaoke started off tonight with some guy belting out "3 am". It had been so long since I heard it. I actually forgot some of the lyrics. Considering I used to listen to that record, Third Eye Blind's debut, and the Goo Goo Dolls' Dizzy Up The Girl every day walking to and from school in grade 7, I was surprised I did forget the words.

But I liked "Kody" better anyway.

And, of course, I discovered (much to my suspicions) that I will never be able to listen to Matchbox again without thinking of Stacey.

So I want to hear Yourself Or Someone Like You again. It's been years. Somebody help me out. Someone must have it available for YSI-ing.

You want us. Us. To YSI. To you. Matchbox Twenty.

If you don't know who that someone is, you don't deserve the help. Seriously.

How about you pick up a copy at one of the record stores you used to work at. They probably miss you.

Oh look what I missed on the 16th.

I haven't listened to Yourself or Someone Like You in ages....

I'm on silly dialup and don't YSI, but if you really want, I can burn a copy for you.

It's like $6.99 used. And I used to own it. So it seems foolish to spend money to buy it again.

Well, it's only half stealing. It's a variation on indian giving. At one point in time I paid money for this record.

At another point in time, I sold this record.

I just forgot to rip it in between. That's all.

No wonder you can't stay employed.

that still doesn't entirely explain why you want a copy of a Matchbox 20 cd.

I dunno dude. Ever since Schreiber gave Andy a .6/10, I've been torn about his greatness.

Winky.

Oh ho, Mr. Pot. You come clean. Picking on us kettles when really...

And I actually haven't got a copy of it again yet. I didn't really look, though. It was more a spur of the moment thing.

I mean my computer is stocked up with Third Eye Blind, Goo Goo Dolls, Matchbox 20, and various emo groups just in case. But no Matchbox for some reason.
