Yes.
It's a converted apartment.
Couches and coffee tables all over the place -- although the walls that sectioned off separate rooms have been torn down recently. :(

At least the kitchen upstairs is still functional, I believe.

Great atmosphere.
Great place.

I met my wife at a friend's party in college. I was full-on trying to hook up with her roommate at the time. As it turns out, things ended up better this way.
