but the 'r' isnt really pronounced, it's more of a guttural sound. like in "quelle HEURE est-il?"
that's probably the easiest phonetic explanation i can give.

also, i dont believe there should be an 's' at the end of it. meilleur usually means 'better', but with voeux it is 'best wishes'
