Someone should take me to dinner tonight. Because of this.

ok--

marinate the carrots in beer for about an hour, then put them in a frying pan with the butter. Take out and put on plate when warm, pour ragu over it, pop in microwave with cheese til melted. Pop open the other natty light, and enjoy a meal.

I've done more with less :)

Ha, yeah. And even that may as well be another empty space because they aren't mine- a friend left them here, and I told him I'd save them for him. Not like I'd want to drink those anyway...

And those aren't carrots. They are leftover instant cheesy mashed-potatoes. Oh, wait... I think you may be looking at the pre-packaged pepperoni slices.

Yep, at least one meal. You could get a lot of mileage out of the cheese and sauce. I ate for two days on two packages of powdered gravy and a block of cheese.

Grill the fricking pepperoni and drizzle some cheese on that. In fact, you've got the exact makings of a killer Mish Mash, with the addition of the potatoes and salsa.

If you've got any tortillas to wrap that in you're more than set.

I should add that the sauce will be going into the trash when I take it out on trash day because it is no longer edible. It's just still in the fridge to avoid the stink factor. The rest of it is what I will be eating for the next week or so... so I've got to stretch it out.

But, first, we need to project whose fridge is the most odiforous. I'm thinking OPA!'s or Prince of Darkness's, since one's Greek, and the other likes to cook up everything, so there's probably lots of garlic in the ol' ice-box.

Hey now... there is a pic that include a hint of both can...(ned goods) and pant(r)ies on my MySpace... but for now, I need to worry about eating for the next week! Oh, and in the pantry are a couple of boxes of mac and cheese, but without milk, it will taste pretty gross...

I thought you were going to say since one's greek, and the other is a stinkin camel jockey.

I do have a lot of garlic but I keep the cloves in the crisper, and i reach for the big jar of minced garlic in olive oil (cause it's fast), and the jar keeps the stink in.

There's a lot of meat and eggs in my fridge.
