I caught some of the roundtable. The Dowd/ Matalin exchanges seemed like a microcosm of the unfortunate state of current national politics- Dowd, from the Left, whining about the generic nastiness of Republicans and bemoaning the downfall of cherished American institutions as a result of Cheney's arrogant handling of the affair; Matalin,from the Right, bitch-slapping Dowd in the usual caustic, fuck-you-we-got-the-nuts-and we-don't need-no-stinking-badges style that comes from having her nose up Cheney's ass for so long.

m. cheroff made some good points - probably worth watching just for that b/c the roundtable was just retarded

this weeks episode was weak.......
