At Wall to Wall Studios, 676 N. LaSalle

Saturday June 3rd 8pm-1am
Sunday June 4th 4pm-9pm

Featured bands will be:

Saturday (headliner to opener)
Paper Airplane Pilots 11:50pm
Graham Cousens 11pm
Three Fifths 10:10pm
Hop on Pop 9:20pm
Injured Parties 8:30pm

Sunday (headliner to opener)
Green 8:50pm
Loomis 8:00pm
Red Plastic Buddha 7:10pm
Pralines 6:20pm
The Get 5:30pm

There may be one or two additional acoustic features.

For those that have not been to Wall to Wall, the main recording stage is about as big as the stage at Double Door and has an audience pit directly beneath it with the capacity to hold 50-60 people. Overlooking the stage and audience pit is a glass-encased recording room, where the entire event will be tracked for a future live album, and possible for future use by all of the SK artists.

The night will also serve as the record release for The Three Fifths and (possibly) for Green....

Just $10 at the door each night! We'll also have food and drink available throughout each day.

I'm putting this up so far in advance for out of towners...

That's the weekend before finals for me, but I think I will probably be able to make time.

Add us to one of the nights, and I'm so there! :)

Just kidding, but I have to say this looks pretty cool.

Heya Spade,

Isn't Loomis an older band too?

I seem to remember their name from years ago here in MKE. But I could be wrong. It would have been in the era of Compound Red, Alligator Gun. Circa 1990-1993ish . Again, I could just be having a mental fart.

Loomis is indeed an older band as well, although I'm not sure exactly how old off the top of my head.

Yail, basically this is their main studio, so everything is patched into a 24 track board. The board is HUGE. I'll try to get pics of the studio up in this thread, we'll be in there this weekend mixing.

Awesome. You should try and do two seperate live recordings (one multitrack and one two track) of each bands set and see who can cut the mustard without overdubs.

That fucking mic placement and live mix would drive me crazy. (even though it would be fun)
