That's a good song, but I don't think it's their best. That distinction belongs to The Dark Of The Matinee.

"Take Me Out," which is why I don't listen to the album anymore.

I like 'Shopping For Blood' because it's quite Glasgowcentric and slags off all those complete arseholes that live in the The Merchant City area. They deserve every bit of the scorn. Fucking wankers.

Anyway...their best song however is probably 'Michael'.

I'll go with The Dark Of The Matinee too.

Does This Fire make anyone else wish that Radio 4 didn't turn into total wussbags? It reminds me of Gotham, is what I'm getting at.

My favorite is "Cheating on You," though I'm also quite fond of "40'."

No shit. I was just imagining how much fur would be flying right now if I'd posted that.

Whichever song I'm currently listening to at the time.

So, it's sort of like:

It's "Jacqueline". No, it's "Tell Her Tonight". No, it's "Take Me Out". No, it's ...&c.

(gets to last song)

Oh, dagnabit! Now I have to start over...

What Dusty Chalk said... except "Michael" is better than everything that's after it on the album.
