pre-opener: Kevin Federline
opener: Nickelback
headliner: Creed or whatever the hell the new band is called these days (with special guests-- a foul-mouthed Fred Durst, a tweaked out Whitney Houston, and a drunk and belligerent Scott Stapp to storm out onstage and hit everyone)

...ugh, I think I just made myself throw up in my mouth a little...I'll stop there...

Yes, that's a lame cop-out -- I couldn't think of any more.

Who: Michael W. Smith, dc Talk, & Mike-E
Where: The Coliseum in Houston, TX
When: 4/6/91 (I had to look up the date in my high school journal)

Ah...the joys of being affiliated with a church youth group. Peer pressure's a motherfucker...and surely had to have played some role in my attendance of this show. MWS rapped during one song. Dc Talk had about 20 or so dancers on stage performing various cringe-worthy new-jack swing moves. And I won't even get into Mike-E.

*edit*

I guess this should technically be in the "Looking Back, The Most Embarassing Concert You Have Been To" thread. But it still works.

Ok, I lied about grading these but so far this is the winner. Shiv's was pretty rotten too. Honorable Mention.
