This is pretty crappy. 2000 odd years ago Mary was getting contractions and perhaps even her waters broke and we are honouring this by sending me to work. There's something badly wrong here.

Our office is closed, but I need to go in for at least a few hours. I'm not looking forward to it, but I don't feel too bad about it really because last year I had so much worked I worked part of Christmas Day and most of New Year's Day.

It's just started snowing on Christmas Eve just like in the movies. Yeah!

I have to be there in 35 minutes but josh is hogging the shower cause he has to leave in twelve and overslept.

Fuck this. I only have to work about three hours but I'm pissed cause they gave the other two receptionists off this week and it was our busiest week ever and I'm burnt out by being alone each day so far. Well one of them worked last night for a few hours but still.

The one sister/owner actually asked her in front of me if she wanted today off to get things done, I turned and glared at her. I mean, shit, she's had all week to get stuff done, I havent' and I'm stressed.

Gonna go hit someone I think. Well the idea is there.

Doing a half-day here. It's really more of a relaxed, Christmas party kind of atmosphere. Lots of treats, homemade lasagna, music....

I'm lettin my people close at 12 but I have to go by and pick up their deposits and go by the bank......

For those keeping score I did manage to get the Senator to the airport before 7:00 am.....We only stayed at the bar until ???? so it was no problem....

My scenario's similar to Stone's...the office is closed today, but I gotta go in & bang out 4 hours this afternoon. After that though, I'm done until Tuesday.

Yes. I'm working a full day today, and I'm not very pleased about it---most of my colleagues are taking the day off. Oh well.

i worked the old 9-5 today and just got off. looking forward to a movie with a chick and general debauchery later.

i have a radio show tonight from 8-11, but i don't really consider that working. the worst part will be the driving.
