I read this in the print edition, but sorry, i can't get the full article online cos it's pay only

anyway, if you could get away with almost nonexistant amounts of sleep, would you? im not so sure this is a good idea or not. There still alot of psychological effects to take into account along with the physiological ones. But on the other hand, think how much more time you would have for reading, music etc.

I usually only sleep like 4-6 hours during the week but on sundays and whenever my day off is I can sleep for like 12 hours.

Doesn't anybody but me remember about 10 years ago when there were 26 hours in a day and you could get all kinds of shit done? And then one day people were talking about a 24 hour day like it's always been that way? I can't be the only one who remembers this!

As much as I need more time to read, play guitar, write music, etc., there's NO WAY this thing can be safe. Whether or not your body feels tired or not, it NEEDS sleep daily. This sounds like Adderall times ten, without the irritability and depression.

someone you and I know kept himself from sleeping for a week, or something. He was delusional.
I got almost 4 hours of sleep last night and i'm irritated already.. there is no way I could do without.
