I skipped class and went hill walking. Bloody freezing, it was so cold I had to stay below the tree line, there was an artic wind blowing that blew your brains out like a shotgun.

Plenty snow on the Arrochars Alps but the low sun and the glare off the snow meant none of my photographs turned out. I need to learn how the aperture, exposure and light metering work on my new fancy dan camera.

I hope it stays like this for a while, I love cold, sunny, winter days. My favourite sort of weather. Oh and Tania, I was wearing the scarf you knitted me!

Totally made my day! Glad to know it could be of use. :)

63 degrees...rainy this morning. Perfect weather if you ask me. More rain later this week. Though, I do hate the traffic it creates.

Why wasn't the weather like that last week when I was in Little Rock? If I hadn't known better I would have sworn I was back home in Seattle with all of the rain and drizzle.
