Guy I work with is a hunter.
He just brought in some fresh sausage that he had his butcher make for him from a buck he shot this season.

Goddamn delicious!

I love it when Dave bags a buck!
We all aget to enjoy it!

I have a tenderloin and rump roast in my freezer. If I had half a brain I would have had them dethawed when Bloor came to town.

Yum. Venison sausage is the best. My bro-in-law keeps me stocked with a good variety of venison goods.

Venison Sauce Piquant is ridiculously good. My best friend is an avid hunter and has more meat than he knows what to do with. He just had some Venison and Jalepeno Cheese Sausage made. It is very good.

a roommate of mine once got a huge pile of deer sausage from his uncle. it tasted great, but the strong smell, over time, began to invade the flavor of everything else in the fridge. one morning I poured a bowl of grapenuts, and as I brought the spoon toward my mouth, began to gag. all I could smell was deer sausage. I'd hit my limit.

prevent this tragedy - get some arm and hammer.

Todd you would be proud. I went to a barbeque sunday. We had BBQ Venison tamales, Vension and Jalapeno cheese sausage, and BBQ Venison Back Strap stuffed with cream cheese stuffing. It was awesome. I immediately thought of you. Shame you couldn't be there.

If I had the freezer space I'd go shoot a deer.
