my weekend kinda starts tonight, even though I have to go to work tomorrow....

tonight: open house/first thursday with one of my girlfriends
tomorrow: having a couple over for dinner that we haven't seen socially in ages
saturday: prolly get a ride in, see "Wired to Win" in the evening
sunday: another ride in the morning (if it's not pouring)

Tonight: Nun. Maybe hang with gf's Mom.

Friday: Probably go check out some houses we're interested in. Have a couple of those new Sieraa Nevada IPA's that I'm addicted to.

Sat: Going to this home improvement show at the Alliant Energy Center for a little while during the day. Hopefully Cap'N will join us.

Then going out with some friends to The Tornado Room for DAT STEAK and drinks to celebrate my birthday since the gf and I won't be in town for it.

Sun: Recovering during the day. Then an Oscar party at a friends house that night. More than likely switching to wine.

As of now I am not doing anything Friday night after I finish working the Girl's State Basketball tournament tomorrow.
Saturday night I plan on going to bed relatively early to be prepared for the Lipizzaner Stallions shows on Sunday.

I'm basically going to relax when I can this weekend, since I am heading to Omaha for a Jenny Lewis show next weekend

saturday: errands, errands, errands. got a date later that night. we're probably going for dancing & drinks. i'm definitely in need of a good night out.

sunday: relax. do nothing (hopefully). this has been the week from hell, so i sure as hell need a day off.

friday.... shopping for bridal shower gift.

saturday.... finish up some plans and preparations for bridal shower i'm co-hosting for my best friend in cincinnati next weekend.

sunday... a movie or two... laundry.


some alcoholic beverages will be included with most of the above.

Tonite: Kick it with J-Sizzle. Show some folks from the homestead around Mobile a bit. Should be fun.
Tomorrow: No Candidate, so wake up, scrape the boo-boo from my brain. Send out some letter and emails. Eat lunch. Head to Montgomery.
Tomorrow Night: Try to put together the bookshelves I bought at IKEA. Try to NOT destroy my relationship in the process (Stupid, Impatient, and Mechanically Inept are 3 words to describe me) Load some old books up to trash them on Saturday.
Saturday: Either, go to columbus, ga to visit dad and extended family OR dad and his annoying kid coming to see us.
Sunday: Finish putting books and cds on (hopefully) assembled shelves, and clean out some closet space/clean up "office"/"room we just throw shit in" cos the next 2 weekends, I have the distinct pleasure of hosting the futurein-laws AND my momma.

OOF. Gotta find some time to MONGER in there somehwere.

This weekend looks like Moving Part Deux: The Movening... Have to help the new roomie get into the place on Saturday...
