I wonder how many times I refresh the Rock/Pop front page in an 8 1/2 hour work day like today when i am basically stuck at my desk.

I'm sure my company's IT people could find out. Scary. I doubt my explanation of "I actually don't have any work right now" would fly if trouble came of it - but it's 100% true.
