So next to the house I live in there's this small parking lot owned by our landlord, who also owns a bar across the street. Some dude has been parking in the lot at night and drinking and throwing his empties all over the lot. I wouldn't mind if he took them with him, but since our landlord lets us use the lot, it looks pretty shitty to come home to a lot full of beer cans.

No idea. It's an irish bar so there's usually a bunch of irish guys who get off work and go to the bar and drink who use the lot but I don't think he's one of them.

Our empties are worth 10 cents. They get picked up pretty damn quick.

For some reason the old asians who run around the neighborhood with a shopping cart seem to miss those empties. They have no qualms about coming into our backyard and rooting through our garbage though.

Maybe it's Whitey Bulger, and you could get a big reward. Or disemboweled.

Your landlord probably won't do anything. If anything, he'll get pissed off at you for bothering him.
