Have never done it, but I've seen the results of other people doing it. If you like your job and want to stay for a while, don't do it. The only time I ever saw this work was when the president of my husband's company started dating his assistant, and she left the job shortly thereafter to avoid a conflict of interest. They are now married.

i just had this discussion with a few friends last week. everyone i've spoken to has said it's a bad idea.

i'd rather not see those that i've had sex with under a pale fluorescent light with cubicle walls everywhere.

I've hooked up with a co-worker a couple times but I was in a field where I was only on the ground for a few months at a time and I knew I was leaving.

If you both know the deal it can be hot as hell. Coming to work is much more fun with all the secrecy and small moments of contact at work.

Plus I lived right around the corner from the office so we had a couple of nooners.
