I work with a married couple.
It took me a week before anyone told me they were married as she has kept her last name. I didn't even know they were dating. I was pretty amazed. They are 'all business' when it comes to the job.

My best friend has done this twice now. Once with a married woman, which ended well. And another where he was actually dating her. It just recently ended, and she was making his work days a living hell. She finally put in her two week notice on Monday. I hope he's finally learned his lesson.

Um...despite the idea that dating a married woman might be, oh I dunno...wrong in the first place!, I'm guess I'm glad that it ended well.

Never known an intraoffice romance to end in anything other that marriage or ugliness. If you're thinking about travellin' down that road, I'd prepare for one or the other as the ultimate result.

i've done it before and never again... unless the person works in a different office, different dept.

apparently the music biz is a different story, but i am sure as hell not going to mess with that.

the irony is, the current guy i'm interested in met my eye-candy at work last night at a show... fuckin small world it is.

Well.... At least I gave you something to dream about. Nothing like a lil' man-on-man (or current intrest on eye candy) to help one sleep at night...

In the abstract its a bad idea...in practice it depends which you like more the job or the girl. I think I've come around to the idea that a good girl is harder to find than a good job so I'm not sure I'd heed everyone's advice.

I saw that too and laughed! One of my best friends and I have always referred the current squeeze as "slampiece". What I wanna know is why do guys get offended by that title? Hehe!

I would get offended by no title that referred to me in some sort of sexual manner.
