i agree on the guac.

but i think that guac has a higher fat content than salsa.
which would make salsa better.

but definitely not tastier.

Tortilla chips and a nice home made bean dip with lettuce sour cream tomatos loads of cheese beans and onions gets my vote.

Burritoville has an amazing salsa...
or at least a combo...

start withthe red medium, top it with the green thick salsa with the pepper seeds in em, and top that with chopped onion and cilantro...

holy moly..it's like crack!

Yeah, queso is the way to go. Especially if you don't mind putting on a few extra pounds. Ever since I've moved to Houston, I've become addicted to Ninfa's. The actual food isn't that great, but damn their salsa and queso are amazing. Particularly the green tomatillo/avocado salsa.

I've tried it and it's excellent. You can skip the oil and chop the veggies instead of pureeing them if you want. Very tasty.
