I'll start:

I don't care for yellow but holy jesus, Michelle Williams has come a long way from Dawson's Creek. She looks stunning. And her and Heath make a darling couple.

Helena Bonham-Carter and Tim Burton are bizarre as usual. No surprise.

I love Keira Knightly, but that dress doesn't do her top half justice.

Ok, that's all I can come up with now. It's still early.

Stewart isn't doing so bad. And I mean comedically not fashion-wise. ;)

I thought Stewart's jokes fell a little flat at first. I kind of felt embarrassed for him after that line about Angelina Jolie, but then he picked it up and it got pretty solid.

Blah. She looks like she always looks. Hair down straight. Hardly any makeup, plain black dress. Boring.

Jesus. It's the Oscars not a film premiere.

And I think Kidman needs to go back to being a redhead, she looks like a walking ghost with the blonde. eesh

Jon Stewart is doing pretty good. I love that man, he's so adorable.

Glad to see Clooney won.

I haven't seen too many bad fashion choices so far. Dolly Parton's outfit left much to be desired. But that's about it.

Dolly Parton, enormous breasts aside, is looking skeletal.

dolly's a mess. and that song sucks.
i like kidman as a redhead better and i'm not necessarily a fan of blondes but my god...
hanks was lame.
stiller was more lame.
naomi watts cannot pull off that neutral color. it's a tough color to wear. angelina jolie always looks good in it.

OK... this shitty music underneath the speeches is a bad idea.

I can't wait for someone to start railing on the war or the President or all the other things Hollywood complains about while listening to the love scene music from Dr. Zhivago.

the guy that won for makeup has no manners.
he was practically dragging his female partner up the stairs when he should have let her lead a step ahead.

where are my white gloves?

Yeah, he was an ass. I thought the same thing. Worse was the fact that he hogged all the time and she tried to thank someone and got cut off and dragged off.

Jerk.

Just because I'm predicting doesn't mean I'm watching it. I haven't seen one second of it...not because I'm against awards shows like this, but just because I don't watch TV in general. The only show I've watched in the last two years is South Park. I know who's up for the big categories like Best Actor and Best Picture though.

I wasn't aware Syriana was considered to be "good," either.

It does say 'film' in the thread title as well. My abilities as a seer are not quite as honed as I would like, so I opted out of the prediction thread.

And here marks this first, and last time, a rap song will win an Oscar.
