From firsthand experience, I'm going with Multiple Sclerosis.
And I'm sure that Charli will agree.

It's the best!
Without it I never would have found my brain tumor, until I started having seizures.

All I can say is, thank God for MS!!!

I'm sorry, if I left it off the list, it cannot be the best degenerative illness.

I'm so thankful both you and Jen are still relatively very very healthy. The stuff Rachel's mom has had to go through recently has really been brutal.

Oh damn, really? I think it should be Stephen Hawking's disease now, since he's had it longer.

i voted for parkinson's. my grandpa's best friend had that when i was a kid and he shook like the devil, but never let it get him down. i also had a client when i was doing domme work who had it.

i guess parkinson's seems like it might suck the least out of those listed.

I am a little surprise not to see Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, and Lupus not on the list.

If I had to pick one, probably the arthritis. You can go long on that one, whereas the others (except for cancer) are CNS disorders and they're gonna fuck you up until you literally can't move or remember your name.

If I had to pick a brain disorder, I'd go with Capgras Syndrome.
