hmm. im trying to find the least dirty way to ask the question. what do you like better on the turkey? white or dark meat? i gotta say, if the turkey is cooked properly and not overcooked, white meat is way better. but there are so many people that overcook turkey that if thats the case i dont really care.

I like a mixture of both, but prefer white meat with a bit of gravy on top. Mmmmm...

hey now. there's nothing wrong with acknowledging the differences between certain kinds of meats and saying which one god chose to be the master and which one god chose to be the slave. that's history, heritage, and culture. my great grandaddy fought for my state to have the right to say that certain meat was succulent and certain meat was diseased and inferior and i'm not afraid to be proud of that.

That said, if you steal away with a little bit of dark meat when the rest of your kind aren't looking, so be it.

In answer to the original question, I like a mix. I like the flavour of white chicken, and the moistness of dark meat chicken (white meat, unless coming from a Butterball, or is somehow superbly prepared, is usually too dry), so I usually grab a little of both.

I am proud to vote for dark.
As I love the dark meat.
We are talking turkey, yes?
