Hipinion Nathan started posting here, so I thought I'd post something or two over there.

I hear occasional obnerian bitching about how gross and inappropriate they are and blah blah blah yawn city, usa.

But, I'm seriously just having trouble following the chains of thought over there. Every thread seems to be a contest to either:
1. Have a non-sequitur more absurd and confounding than the previous
2. Type the most sentence fragments so your giant fucking avatar accompanies the shortest amount of information possible.

It's like watching sifl argue with the talking meat character from that show with the talking meat character. In slow mo. With avatars.

I'm not hating. Or criticisizing. Or trying to start some retard-o board war. I'm trying to understand.

Is quick nonsensical repartee the new internetspeak these days? I'm lost.

I don't think there is any understanding.

Pretty much two-thirds of the board think they're clever when they're actually very, very thick. The other third are just amused by the first two-thirds.

Sentence fragments, insults, and attack on compassion or perceived geekiness are pretty much covers for people who are very stupid and/or perpetually wasted.

But there's also some clever people in all that mess.
