I am dreaming of lunch right now. I am so hungry, and I have been so hungry lately in the morning/middle of the day. Hell, all day.
My mom doesn't make dinner anymore so I had an english muffin with cream cheese and sweet potato chips and a banana for dinner last night.
(We don't stock our pantry and fridge well as of late)

anyways. I have great lunches all the time. Yesterday I had tomato parmesan soup and bread from a local french bakery, as well as a nathans hot dog and a vault.
mmm. it was delicious.
Today I think i'm going to have chips, queso and cream cheese because i'm not skipping my study hall.

What is everyone eating today? I am so hungry. I have an oatmeal cream pie in my bookbag that i'll eat on my way to math.
it's not enough. I want my queso now.

the same thing I've been having for almost a week. Either a turkey sandwich or left over jambalaya or both.

we're going out for 'smitty burgers'.

(smitty's is a local bar that makes burgers with a special sauce. they just moved to a new location. so, we're going to go check it out.)

monday I had cheese fries. They were pretty gross though, which is surprising because carytown burgers and fries-cheese fries are absolutely delicious. they're the best i've ever had.

No, I've eased carbs back in for about six weeks now, and I'm holding steady at 195, down from 246. I'm hitting the gym an average of 5 times a week.

I've got about a first grader to lose.

I'm just having fruit because it's better than whatever the cafeteria has cooked up.

my coworkers and i are going to flat top grill for lunch. if you don't know what that is, you choose ingredients from a giant buffet of raw food and then they cook it. i never really like going because i always f*ck up my dish and end up crabby by the end of lunch.

phil, great job on the weight loss and addition of carbs. you're so disciplined! good work.
