:P don't know how they could be less active outside of just slip into a coma until august. they've only signed one outside guy (manuel of SEA).

They could release people if that count as negative points.

He's so right though. Apparently they are banking on Javon Walker's health.

They don't even need special teams.

Seriously, they should get Vinatieri, now that they lost Longwell.

man, i just keep getting a stronger and stronger feeling that he shouldn't come back. as big of a packers fan as i am i have to admit my dream for next season is to see both TO and Favre wind up on the Raiders. Imagine the headlines, the bickering, the media circus that would surround Randy Moss and those two. You would get incredibly money soundbites out of Favre every week. And even if it worked a little bit they could put up such sick numbers. Favre could break Marino's records in 2 or 3 years, they could arrange a ceremonial trade back to the Packers and it would be the best ending ever. Well, aside from the Packers actually being a good team and making the playoffs again.

isn't it kind of a joke to complain about inaction when they are basically handcuffed until they know what YOU are going to do?

I'm glad to hear Favre is sticking around for at least one more season. He's humiliated us for so long, I wanted to watch the Bears D pound his ass one more time.

Favre haters can eat me. This guy has been one of the more exciting things about the NFL for years.

i've counted 2 new guys, marquand manuel and ryan pickett. that helps their run defense. both good second-tier talents.

Those are the new ones and the re-signed Kevin Berry and Aaron Kampman. They also nabbed some receiver named Williams off of waivers but I don't consider that move one that will improve the team.
