symptoms usually come a couple of days after you've already caught the infection

you can't really have much say in whether you get infected or not, save wearing face masks all the time

you can minimise the symptoms though

that's what i do. airborn + a zinc multi.
i've been fighting off colds like crazy this year.

Have you ever heard of Zicam? It fucking rules. It's a zinc-related medicine, that while it doesn't completely prevent you from getting sick, it really shortens the length of the cold. My girlfriend caught a cold, and after a week of her being ill, I started feeling the symptoms coming on myself. With zicam, I was sick for about two days. Can't recommend it highly enough!

i guess anything with zinc should work. damn cold chicken and diet coke didn't do the trick.
