Otis should have been the first clue that MLB drug policy was a joke.

I remember otis making that catch that was actually already over the wall, either in the playoffs or very near them, in about 93, post an early rehab stint, and it was soooo clear noone not on uppers could have made it, even I, naieve kid, could tell.

to make that catch and not o.d. is an incredible feat
