Has anyone seen that M&Ms commercial with an Iron & Wine song? I'm usually all for music licensing, but this is just a terrible pairing. Who wants to buy melancholy candy-coated chocolate??? Big nuts to Sub Pop and whatever agency for this disgrace.

postal service song covered and made 100x better by iron and wine. i find myself lost in that commercial because of that gorgeous song. damn advertising.

I dunno, I think Iron & Wine could be used to push all kinds of product. It's so pleasant and hypnotic, all it needs is to be embued with the right subliminal messages...

Feist is also shilling some sort of cologne. But it fits the commercial a bit better.
