Just saw this last night for the first time.
And I agree with the nuts kick.

Although I think it should go to the creative team that came up with that pile.

I kinda like how they ham it up. Better than if they were SERIOUS.

I think all the blame falls on the ad team and the execs for Applebees. I'd do a crappy commercial in a heartbeat for that kind of cash, so I wouldn't want to wish anything bad on some struggling musicians or actors out for a quick buck.
I can't say this jingle is any worse than that crumbelievable ad from Kraft.
