The show just ended, and the bassist threw his bass and pick off stage right at my feet. Some other jackass picks up the bass and starts playing it badly, but I at least end up with the pick...that is until it slipped through my fingers and fell in a tiny crack between the floorboards...D'OH!

I felt guilty about missing Whiney, so since shiv had a 4th and 37 from his own 11, we decided to punt She Wants Revenge and make the looooooooooooong hike over to Whiney's venue. It paid off, because they were late going on, and started right after we arrived.
