I have problems with Ringo Starr.

Tracy Pew could possibly be replaced by another cool bassist, PIL's Jah Wobble

Dude played subtely and low key. George was a hippy, John was a holier than thou pretentious fucker and Paul was a wanker. He was the best beatle.

He went on to marry a bond girl, and voice Thomas the Tank Engine

Hes gonna be the last Beatle alive.

He's one cool mutherfucker.

Neil Young and Sun Ra would make a top 30 list

Bruce Springsteen wouldn't make a top 200

So I was 20 at the time and to make a long story short, I was a guest vocalist on an album for a band on Bootsy's label, so we were spending a lot of time at Bootzilla. I saw no coke.

I didn't see much pussy either.

I felt betrayed.

He also made an album (in Atlanta actually) in the eighties that he tried to go to court to stop the release of because HE WAS SO FUCKING DRUNK THAT HE DIDN'T REMEMBER MAKING IT!!!

I fucking love Ringo. He also invented all the really cool rock drum fills.

By the way, I think your list has at least one glaring omission:

Not just so drunk he didn't know what was on the album.

SO DRUNK HE DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE HE HAD MADE an album.

And aside from Gainsbourg and Cocker, I dunno if any of these people rank above Fred Biscuit.
