you saw sahara?

i just walked by a poster for this movie and saw that the tagline was "heads you live... tails you die." what does that even mean? i think this may have been the producers' logic:

dominoes kind of look like dice. dice produce random values. coins also produce random values. dominoes == coins.

man i will watch anything.

Wasn't that Tom Waits as the whacked out priest fortuneteller? If so, I am surprised people aren't licking the underparts of this movie solely for that reason.

I thought the movie was awful. Best part was the arm getting shot off. That, my friends, was savage.

It's not classic cinema, but I wasn't bored. Seeing the sorority girl get popped in the nose, seeing that 90210 guy get popped in the nose, and then seeing the guy getting his arm shot off...plus there's something about Keira Knightley playing a tough girl that's a bit of a turn-on...

I agree with this. That the arm shooting scene was done to the tune of 'Mama Told Me Not to Come' was nice.

It wasn't a great movie, but nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. It was kind of manic and sketchy but somehow entertaining.

wow was that movie awful...I wish I'd seen this thread before putting it in my netflix queue.
