almonds are among the best nuts for you.
i keep mine in an old chinese soup container with "nuts in yo mouf" written on top.

Almonds rule, as do most nuts.

Pecans, Walnuts & Brazil nuts are awesome, cashews are just okay, and I'm not a fan of filberts, but if they are mixed in I won't avoid them.

Yeah, I'm a rail. I know it. I've pretty much weighed this same weight for five or six years.

There's a couple factors. I only eat one real meal a day. I usually sleep in past breakfast and have a bowl of oatmeal and a glass of juice for lunch.

I'm really picky about what meat I eat. If it bears any resemblance to an animal, I can't eat it. It's a mental thing. So I only eat some chicken and hamburger. No steaks or porkchops or anything like that.

Also, I walk everywhere I go. And I used to walk half an hour to school and half an hour back every day for six years of high school.

And I don't drink.

And I apparently have a high metabolism.



So yeah. I'm a post. But I never get sick or anything.

i hate almonds, but they taste like pure heaven compared to my most hated food - walnuts (celery a close 2nd)
