i'm interested in getting all of these but alas I'm broker than ever after my wife's surgery so I'll end up getting none of them.

I'll be looking around for the Megan Reilly LP, hopefully I can find it.

Otherwise doesn't seem to be much out that I'm interested so might pick up a compilation or a couple of cheap back catalogue CD's.

I saw them at Austin City Limits and was pretty impressed. Good to hear the CD is quality as well.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how the Liars DVD looks. I think it's the whole album done with images by three different people.

I really have been digging this album.

Hmmm....Placebo is listed in ICE as coming out tomorrow... I thought it was out in April. I'm not in a big hurry to get it, but I'm interested in checking it out.

Elvis Costello - Juliet Letters 2CD expanded edition thingie. Not my favorite EC by any means, but the second disc looks to have some very interesting things, well worth the low price of admission.

opinions?

i'm listening to the new josh rouse now & it seems a bit more laid-back and not as energetic in parts compared to his last 2 releases. (on "giving it up" now, which contradicts that sentiment. :P )

going to best buy around lunch for "3121"

I didn't pick up the Editors album, so anyone want to fill me in on whether its worthwhile or not? I've liked what I heard from streams/singles/etc.

Editors - The Back Room
Mclusky - Mcluskyism (A bit of an impulse buy...haven't opened it yet...I may return it since I have half the songs already.)

prince's best since around emancipation (if it were boiled down to 1 disc) or o(+>, but in the same sense that "playing the angel" was DM's best since songs of faith / violator -- it's the closest to reminding me of their glory days even though there's nothing really new added.

sure love that black sweat, tho! :)
