cycling, usually, although I am dog tired after 3 rides this weekend/today.

Dancing, even though I don't go out to do it much these days.

Playing baseball, or at least having a catch. It never fails for me.

I feel the same way about tossing the football. Always cheers me up.

Ingeneral though, nothing brightens my mood like sunshine, a deck and cold drinks with my friends. I need to make this happen, and soon.

two years ago when i was living at my parents' house just after college, my dad played catch with my sister and her boyfriend, who even used my glove. they didn't even ask me and i was at home all day. i haven't played catch with him since. fuck, that just tore a hole in me. my dad and i used to always play catch.

I love dogs! Where's the thread with pictures of everyone's pets? That always tugs on the heart strings.

Sad but true, a pint of red beer and a cig will cheer me up. I don't care how crabby I am, after one pint and a drag I'm a little bit happier. That and a few pounds of hot wings will usually have me feeling as right as rain.

Dogs are great, too. I wish I had one, but beer, smokes and wings are cheaper.
