I haven't seen him post in awhile.

Where are ya, Chris? Is it the height of the tourist season?

me too.

The real question though isn't why he isn't posting now, but why he ever does. If I lived in a tropical paradise, you'd hear a lot less from me.

What good is having a perfect life unless you get to brag about it?

I'm here, I have indeed just been busy as shit.
UPDATE: well, the news of our selection of one of Fodor's top ten and then some other major article from [url+http://www.internationalliving.com/belize/free/01-05-06.html]International living[/url] our business has basically exploded. Look for actual photos of me and the staff flying about n the the upcoming issue of Caribbean Travel and Life They just finished a story about Belize and took a bunch of shots at the restaurant and all of us staff. Well, I wanted to be successful... ( be careful what you wish for...) It has kept me from dropping the regular bon mot here, and delayed all of the discs I sent. If you sent me a disc, you will get one from me, I now roam the owrld with manilla padded envelopes in the event I get a package from one of my long lost obner buddies. I have discs from the following addys:
Sorry for not cross referecing them with names, I am just ripping them open and droppng them into the kitchen's CD player while I cook

B. Smith
Cary IL

Wilson apt ZN
Chicago

Henson
Broken arrow, OK

Dana's mix
my wife's favorite

Thomas
Durlach
Kalamazoo, MI

FT's stuff rocks
Not bland at all

Bart Leahey
Crozier, VA

Jeff Durand
Wauwatusa, WI
--what a place--wa wa!

and my miltary amigo, who taught me that SFC's need special addys so bad peeps can't find them (Then again, my Belizean mailman explained this to me)
===all of your your mixes are awesome.

coldly sadly is neither, and the best way to go while I wait for cofee to brew.
Mister we could use a man... hell yeah we could..nice mix

Z: Your "heart" mix is my fav for shopping, makes the produce market almost surreal!

They are keeping me sane.

Don't know if I mentioned that my wife fell down the stairs? Well, she's been incapacitated and unable to really work since Jan 6th,she's getting better day by day, it will take a while, and she still feels a good deal of pain, but she can't work all day, so I have been extraordinarily busy covering for her and doing my regular stuff, plus (yes...spending time at the beach and under the sea--Ipod jacked in to your mixes per my wife's instructions)

Still here in spirit, miss allayall
Chris

Gosh, Chris, I didn't know your poor wife had been that seriously injured. Hope she recovers soon!

Take care of yourself too. We miss you.

Best wishes to your wife and congratulations on the continued success. I know how much hard work it takes to make it in the restaurant industry.
