you need a voiceover agent. then you audition until you reach the bottom of your own personal pit of despair. at that point, you will either get a job or kill yourself. good luck.

well todd, do you know anyone who makes cartoon shorts, art students, that sort of thing???

I'm looking to do the same thing, let's start our own company and fund the cartoons and then we can be the voices.

I would imagine that you would have to be in the actors union to get most of the jobs-(obv. then you need an agent). either that or face the wrath of hungry waiter/actors everywhere. Im pretty sure that the video game industry is also getting a lot of pressure from the union, because they argue that they too should only hire from within the union.
