I was hung over all day yesterday.
All that booze with dinner the night before was rough on my system.
Fell asleep at 8:30 last night (maybe before).
I feel much better today.

I had some nasty wine tuesday night. I don't think it was the best because I was up sick in the middle of the night that night.

Stayed home from work yesterday and went to bed at 9 and slept ten hours last night. feel much much better.

Phil, I think if you're not careful your liver may pack up and leave you soon.

I crawled into a bottle on Nov. 2 and have not crawled out since.

Seriously, the last time I remember not being drunk was the tuesday before the election.

BENDER!!

I've been sober one whole night since 12/17. Only cause i was at church on christmas eve. Tonight will most likely be more of the same.

Over the years, I've trained my body to only be drunk for manageable spans of time. Like drinking the synthetic booze on Star Trek. I can go to sleep wasted and wake up sober a short time later.

Which has proved helpful when coping with insomnia but still needing to parent and get to work on time.

Band practice is worse. And it happens at least once a week.

I've been in bands like that. Now i'm in a band with a bunch of AA and NA members.

It's fantastic.
