Well seeing as my husband and I just blew our second chances at getting GBV tickets. Nada.

We were supposed to go out but decided to stay in since I was sick earlier in the week. Then wanted to go out only if we could get GBV tickets.

Now we're back to getting alchohol and watching South Park marathon at home.

yeesh.

I'm going to Rock Bottom, for $75 we get an all you can drink and all you can eat food buffet from 9-2.

Hopefully good times will be had by all.

This sounds vaguely familiar, like my cousin my have mentioned going to this.

Tim, should you run into a 5'8" or so brown-haired 30s-ish woman named Lisa, you'll have met my cuz who is also one of the coolest chicks on the face of the planet.

Either way, have a blast.

But it's sold out.

Then i'm going home and joining my roommates in some marathon drinking.

I'll walk around yelling "Lisa!" at people to see if I meet her. My wife will love that.

Was supposed to go with my neighbor, but we're both caving to intense family (read "spousal") pressure and attending our annual block party. We'll catch him later in the year.

RJD2 at The Abbey Pub.

I'm seriously considering it, my fam is out of town and I don't have anything else to do. Has anybody else considered this?

When's this later in the year, you speak of?

i.e. Senator may make a junket to Chi-town.
