Absolutely beautiful! Living room will make a great listening room. Make sure the mortgage amount covers some extra $$ for an upgraded steerio hi-fi.

Nice house. Those hardwood floors are awesome.

You have got to get rid of the kitchen floor.

You have even less back yard than I do. You are in Madison, right? I would have thought yards were bigger there.

Dude, I was there for the house visit, and it is truly fucking incredible. Tudor, brick, almost 100% untouched wood trim, 4 bigass bedrooms, a basement just itching for a studio (and that itch shall be scratched, as jeebus is my witness)... I fucking Hate him for getting this shit. It is stunning.

It's on a busy road, so people with kids tend to like it a little less, and it's across from a highschool, so others discount it for that. But the whole neighborhood is gorgeous. I am soooo damn jealous. Dammit.

Mandatory visits, ATL crowd. Busty's bout ta be all growds up.

The kitchen floor will most likely be replaced before we even move in.

And yards are reletive just like any city. Sure I wish it was a bit bigger, but my dog gets enough exercise running with me all the time.

Speaking of that kitchen, the cabinets are pretty damn cool. I think it was a high-end custom job in the 60's. There are these magnetic, vertical racks that click out in the pantry section, and some other nice touches.

The appliances were ultra-modern, but now they're just sorta ultra-old, and will probably hafta go. In that kitchen pic, note that it's a Dishwasher below the range, with the oven above it.

So. Jealous.

Wow, that's a seriously cool house. Congrats, Busty.

And from the pictures that living room looks like the perfect place to, um, bench press in front of company.

Score!

That place looks awesome, Busty.

Did Cube's "There Goes Tha Neighborhood" started playing from every stereo on the block once the offer was accepted?
