Though I LOVE the fact that it will now be light until almost 8 down here for a while...this shit is KILLING me. After this saturday's marathon drunkfest, losing an hour of sleep (especially on a monday morning) is torture. I wish I had stayed in bed.

We don't observe Daylight Savings here in prairieland. Apparently it upsets the children of the corn.

It's only 1230 right now. I think I've got two hours on you.

I overslept, got up and took a shower, then went back to bed for 15 minutes. I feel like the walking dead.

Yeah, been exhausted for last couple days with this change. First last night I couldn't sleep til after 12 and then had to wake up at 630 to take junior to school. Only I slept til 7 on accident. And waking HIM up was a bitch.

Yesterday was funny though because we forgot to change the clocks sat night and while on the way to Charlie's CCD, Josh remembered the time change which meant we missed the class. hahahaa. oops

i left my blinds open this morning so i'd try to wake up naturally, but the result was all manner of strange dreams b/t bouts of semiwaking, and eventually rising in exhaustion.

That's odd. I didn't know that. So the time zone jump between you guys and Ontario just increased by two hours, I guess?

To the Indiana and Arizona obnetricians - you guys don't spring forward or fall back, right? I know you have your own time zone in the Windows clock. If so, you lucky bastards.

Yeah, SK doesn't change. So we're the same time as Alberta now and 2 hours behind Ontario.

This is actually slightly normal for me, as my hometown in northwestern Ontario didn't observe Daylight savings either. It wasn't until I moved down south that I had to adjust clocks.

Ugh . . . I went to see my friends' Rollerderby bout last night, then made the mistake of going to the aftermath, er, afterparty, closing down the bar, driving a blazingly drunk friend home, coming home, realizing that I hadn't made my bed yet after doing laundry, collapsing on the bed with the alarm clock set for 7, forgetting that I hadn't reset the clock, sleeping in until '10', then getting up and realizing that I've fucked a prfectly good workday.

This post-divorce mongering is really throwing a monkeywrench into the whole grad school thing - thank goodness everyone is being really understanding still.

Trying to decide whether to go salvage a few hours of labwork or just stay home, clean house, and do taxes.

You are now an hour behind me...I thought that was always the caes, but I guess I'm on the Eastern Edge and you're on the Western Edge of CST?

I think so, at least based on this map. I'm up near 105 degrees W in CST, near the MST division.

I'm at the southeast end of it, west side of that little "v" inlet in Alabama.

I think both qualify as BFE, but you may even have me beat...I can get to Birmingham or ATL within 5 hours...
