This is the first I've heard of this movie. I just watched the trailer and I really want to see it now.

I assume that Nick Nolte's character is based on Canadian General Romeo Dallaire. I've seen him speak and read his book "Shake Hands With The Devil". I can't even imagine the horror of seeing a tragedy like that unfold in front of you while you're practically powerless to do anything about it.
