I went to do laundry around lunchtime. Next door is a large Vietnamese market, where they have great $2 sammitches. Wandering around the store and visiting the fish dept., I looked into a big box, where they had 20 or so live box turtles for $5.99 each.

I bought 2 and brought them home, letting them go into the field behind my house. I'm not sure if this will be good for them, but anything's better than letting them die in a box in a market. :evil:Image

The sandwich tasted pretty good. It was chicken. No, I'm not going to a chicken farm to "rescue" them, now- I'm all tapped out.

I was absentmindedly eating a plate of fries (everone I work with is on diets) at my desk and working before I realized I was sizing giant photos of burnt fingers and skin flaps. So now I'm pretty disgusted with myself, but still starving.

We had leftover quiche for breakfast, some turkey bacon, and I whipped up a couple more chocolate raspberry crepes.

We're pondering In'nOut Burger vs. Fatburger for a late lunch.

Anyone? Opinions?

I'd be surprised if anyone votes Fatburger...go In 'N Out unless you want to walk in which case there's a Fatburger within a short walk on the corner of Hollywood and Vermont.

What are you doing online. Get out and do something.
