yet I hate every single other thing I have heard from Bran Van 3000. But that song is flat out pop brilliance. so freaking catchy.

Everytime I watch the movie 'Go'. I still think it's a catchy tune.

The Sunshine Girl works at an awesome vegetarian restaurant around from where our office just moved. I'd eat there every day. I had a total television crush on her when I was 18. And then she became my friend.

I guess you wouldn't agree with the thread about albums we grew to love then. "Discosis" which is their 2nd disc is almost as great as Glee.

I think I have heard a couple other Bran Van tracks I love. You can find that album for $4 used pretty much anywhere around here.

And Len were big for a year or so, thanks to Much. My sister's loved their "Kids In America" cover and I didn't mind the song that had a video about snowboarding. I don't recall the name of it.

Great tune. Always enjoyed the rest of Glee though I don't revisit it that often.

yup. i kept getting screwed by the apts i was looking at in silverlake/echo park and finally found something in west la because my friend needed a roommate so it all worked out perfectly.

anyway, i can't talk shit on the westside anymore. BOO!

Please enlighten me... what's wrong with the west side of LA? Too whitey? Too uppity? Too surface-level?

:D

West LA = all working out perfectly... There might not be as much of a "rampant nightlife/clubs/shows" scene on the Westside but, I'll guaran-damn-tee, it's a pretty nice place to live.

Welcome to the fam.

too uppity for me and too far from everything. i prefer silverlake/echo park/hollywood because my nightlife is over there.

however, the new apt will be a 10 minute drive from work so i'm all about that right now. i'm done commuting. it sucks.

Very underated band. they put out two great albums. are any of the members still making music? Di Salvio was like the main guy, right?

Weird this thread was resurrected.
