I have changed my user name from Yard Ape. I really did not mena any offense by that, it was something that a friend of mine's dad used to call us when we were kids, and I know for a fact that he meant nothing racial by it.

When I saw a post from ((Type)), I realized that the name did in fact carry offensive overtones and I sincerely apologize to anyone who found it offensive.

There was really no need to apologize or change your name. You can't please everyone all of the time and there's always gonna be someone who finds something offensive. Like you, I didn't even notice the racial issue and it's sad that someone had to make it one.

There's a guy in my town who's a nice 60-year old fellah named Sam. Owns Sam's Market. Has a big sign out front says "Home Of The Sambo."

There's a mountain bike ride we do every now & then, with a tree at the top of a hill, where apparently, everyone rides around when they get to it. So, there's a big ring of dirt around the tree where no grass grows. Every time I see it, I think of Sambo chasing the tiger around the tree until the tiger melts into a pool of butter.
