This always confuses me. It appears to be about 7 hours 8 minutes ahead of Pacific. How did this happen? I want answers!!! :x

theyre also too lazy to seriously update their product for four years. have you thought about switching? yes, i know, i was the one who was a big pusher of phpbb in the first place. anyway, if you are, take a look at this.
