So far on the lineup:

The Flaming Lips, Son Volt, and New Pornographers.

My guesses about 'big' headliners is that the Pearl Jam + Tom Petty tour will be the marquee name this year. Radiohead's schedule doesn't seem to fit playing ACL... but I can hope, right?

i won't be able to go this year as i'll be back in france. sucks to miss acl but i guess it'll be worth it. probably the best festival in america.

Erm, ACL is in Texas, man!

I know that's now the northeast, but it's not LA or Chi-town, either.

Great fest, lots of diversity (alt.country, Brit rock, classic rock, indie, and a little folk and country), only $100.

They should split up this festival into multiple cities, kind of like the original Live Aid, then they could call it "Torn ACL."

actually funny and would be incredibly awesome. even if they just did it one year and had all huge acts, think of the exposure for the fest
